"Hope is a star to guide and cheer
The Pilgrim on his weary way,
Its Light forbids each rising fear
And peace and joy blend in its ray

Hope is an anchor to the soul
Entering within the sacred veil
The winds may rise, the billows roll
Yet all is safe - it cannot fail"
