Description:
Front view of the Asa Fish House, 21 East Main St., Mystic ca. 1920, showing sidewalk, trolley tracks and overhead wires. (The Groton & Stonington trolley was in operation from 1904 to1928.) The house, with gambrel roof, was built in 1824 for the Mystic Bridge merchant Asa Fish. In 1929 Eleanor Fish, a teacher, was living in the Fish house. (The person on the sidewalk is unidentified.)
